How Movri Works

We at Movri know how important it is to receive your rental products in the finest condition, and on time. So Movri uses trusted couriers to deliver your gear to you one day before your rental period. We understand you would want to test your gear before you take it into the battle ground.


Shipping Services

Movri ships all packages via FEDEX or UPS. Please Note a signature would be required upon delivery.

Please note that the Door to Door delivery is temporarily suspended due to COVID 19 (FedEx is not taking signatures). We are currently delivering to a FedEx Ship Center near you.

Our Process

  • Browse through hundreds of products on Movri.ca 
  • Select the gear you want & the rental duration. 
  • After you place your order on Movri, you will receive an email with Order Confirmation Steps.
  • We keep you updated with the status of your order via email.
  • As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you the tracking details of your order.
  • You can also track your order in your Movri account page after you place an order.
  • Return the gear when your rental is complete. 

How to return the equipment?

Return Instructions

  • Repack the gear with care.
  • There is a receipt and a prepaid return shipping label inside the box when you receive the gear. 
  • Please make sure to cover the old shipping label with the prepaid return shipping label when you send it back.
  • Drop-Off the box at your nearest FEDEX / UPS access point and make sure to get a receipt.
  • Please make sure to send the gear back on the last day of your rental period.


Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests (expedited/express) and any query, please contact Team Movri. We will contact the logistics company to accommodate any request you might have. Please do understand that sometimes we can not accommodate special request once the order has been shipped. When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the customer’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals. Please Note a signature will be required upon delivery. 

Pick Up and Drop Off from our Office

We are located in Surrey, BC and if you would like to Pick up and Drop off your rental orders from our Office Space, you're most welcome to do so.

You can Pick Up your order 1 day before the start of your rental duration anytime between 10 am to 4:30 pm.

You can Drop Off your order on the last day of your rental duration anytime between 10 am to 4:30 pm.

For instance, if you choose the Rental dates as 10th to 17th of any month you can pick up the equipment on 9th and drop off on 17th.
